- Where I got your address
- From your company's website, or from Apollo, a business contact directory. I only write to limited companies registered at Companies House.
- What I use it for
- That one email and at most a couple of reminders, about something that matters to your business. That is my legitimate interest, the legal basis I write on. I don't sell or share addresses, and there's no newsletter.
- How to stop it
- Reply “no” or “remove” and I won't write again. All I keep is a note not to contact you.
- How long I keep it
- If you don't reply or join the Jobpad waitlist, I delete it by 31 December 2026. If you've replied, only for as long as the conversation carries on.
- The question to manufacturers
- Earlier this year I asked manufacturers which routine job takes the most time. That research is finished, and the addresses collected for it are being deleted.
- Your rights
- You can ask what I hold about you at any time, or ask me to delete it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
